[Cz-editcouncil] Fwd: Voting on Amendments to Resolution 0007

Dear All,
As per Clause 4.1.4 of
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Rules_of_Procedure the
quorum for ANY vote is 40%. The current number of EC members listed in
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Category:CZ_Editorial_Council_Members stands
at 30. Therefore a MINIMUM quorum of 12 (TWELVE) votes is necessary to close
the vote.
So far there has been only 10 (TEN) votes.
Hereby, I am extending the the time for vote to adopt the proposed
amendments for another 24 hrs., i.e., up to Friday March 07, 2008, 03:30
hrs. UTC.
EC members, those who haven't voted so far, are requested to vote at:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Resolution_0007/Amendment_1/Vote
This particular motion is perhaps the most important one after Resolution
0001 (Adopting the Rules of Procedure). All the EC members may kindly take
note of the importance of this fact and act likewise.
