[Cz-editcouncil] Initial Discussions on Resolution 0008

All,

I'm sorry, I didn't realize that this resolution's Chair had already
accepted it for discussion.  Therefore, my request to withdraw the
resolution actually requires a motion.

All right then: I move that I be permitted to withdraw Resolution 0008.

Table of Motions.  The rules state: "This motion can be made only by the
resolution's or motion's original sponsor. Once acknowledged by the Chair,
it carries without debate, but it can be overturned by the Chair or by any
Member (if seconded) who moves to sponsor the resolution or motion (so long
as a resolution still has three co-sponsors)."

Bear in mind I fully intend to re-introduce this resolution as soon as the
Council has been reconstituted.  However, I can't stop anyone from
reintroducing it now, if anyone actually wants to do so.
