[Cz-editcouncil] Withdrawal of Resolution 0008

Dear All,
As per
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Rules_of_Procedure#Table_of_Motions(Table
2, item 1), I accept Larry's proposal to withdraw the Resolution
0008.
I'd like to thank David Goodman and Regina Bouillon for their comments.
However, since the period mentioned was for initial discussions (private
comments only), it should not have been circulated to the Editorial Council
list.
Hopefully Larry will take note of the comments and re-introduce Resolution
0008 after the new Editorial Council is formed next month.
