[Cz-editcouncil] Adoption of Resolution 0007

Dear All,
I am happy to conclude the final Resolution of the existing Editorial
Council, viz. Resolution 0007 (Council Membership Rules) [

Due to a problem in my Internet connectivity I could not send the 1-hr.
reminder. I sincerely apologize for that. However, as the quorum has been
finally met, I declare the Resolution 0007 to be adopted by 11-2 votes.
Hopefully, with the adoption of the Council Membership Rules, the stage is
set for the New Editorial Council to take over from April 01, 2008.
I request Larry to kindly show us the way forward.
