The "selection" rules just passed (Resolution 0007) state that the Secretary
should be the Selection Official if he/she is willing.  Supten, are you
willing?

We will be working together on interpreting the selection rules, but the
Selection Official does the application of the rules to specific cases
singlehandedly.  You should be receiving an e-mail soon about your continued
participation...
