[Cz-editcouncil] Acceptance of the Chair

Dear All,
I am greatly honored to be nominated to the post of Chair for the Editorial
Council of CZ. It will be a Herculean job to succeed Larry in this venture.
I shall try my best to live up to your expectations.
I personally thank Regina and Larry for nominating me.
I am thankful to Gary and David (Shapinsky) for their support and
encouragement.
Also, as I am s/elected, there would be an immediate requirement for the
post of the Secretary of the EC. It has to be filled by someone (preferably
from among the 12 members continuing in the EC) who should be
(i) willing
(ii) conversant with the Rules of Procedure and the trivial housekeeping
activities, and,
(iii) able to train someone else within a year to succeed him/her.
I take this opportunity to invite you to send the nominations / willingness
for the post of the Secretary of the Editorial Council. I'd be glad to
clarify any doubts that you may have.
