[Cz-editcouncil] CZ EC Resolution 0010

Dear All,
For accepting a Proposal by acclamation a formal Resolution is not required
as per our Rules of Procedure.
However, since a vote has been asked for the Proposal on Romanization, I am
converting it into a Formal Resolution # 0010 that can be found at: [
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Resolution_0010 ].
Both Resolution 0009 and 0010 can go on simultaneously.
Since these two are the first two Resolutions being handled by a new Chair
and a new Secretary, I propose some administrative simplifications (purely
ad-hoc and not be seen as a precedent).
Larry Sanger has kindly consented to act as the Chair for the Resolution
0009 (for which I am the sponsor and cannot therefore Chair).
I shall Chair the Resolution 0010 and Martin will act as the Secretary for
both.

I am opening the Resolution 0010 for private comments to be sent directly to
the Secretary Martin at baldwin at panteion.gr or mbe at mmo.gr and NOT to the
mailing list.

Soliciting cooperation and active participation from all the members of the
CZ EC.
