[Cz-editcouncil] CZ EC Resolution 0010 open discussion 12 hours reminder

I move to extend discussion on this issue for another 7 days. I feel there are a number of issues still under discussion on this proposal (particularly as regards the interaction between Romanized and Anglicized spellings), and I would like to continue this discussion further. I would also like to refer interested parties who have not yet joined in to the discussion on the forum.
