[Cz-editcouncil] CZ Editorial Council: motion to extend discussion on Res. 0010 by 7 days

Dear All,

According to the Rules of Procedure, Brian's motion for extension of the discussion period has to be seconded and then voted on.

Formally, I am happy to second it.

Concerning voting, we have not established a procedure other than by recording votes on the wiki. Provisionally, as Chair of the Rules Committee, I intend to expedite this by requesting emailed votes to be sent to me. 

Therefore: on the motion to extend discussion on Res. 0010 for another 7 days, I request Editorial Council members to email me stating agreement (YES) or disagreement (NO) with the proposed extension. This should be done within the next 24 hours. Send to me at baldwin at panteion.gr or mbe at mmo.gr 

In 24 hours, I will post the result of the vote on the motion and a revised date and time for voting on the Resolution itself.
