[Cz-editcouncil] CZ EC Resolution 0010 extended discussion

Dear Editorial Council member,

The open discussion on Resolution 0010 is hereby extended by 7 days, ending 
Friday 23 May, 18.00 UTC.

12 Council members voted to support the extension, with no abstentions or 
oppositions; however, this is only just reaching the quorum of 40%, in that 
although there are currently 31 members of the EC, there are only 30 with 
voting rights.

Please make use of this period to debate what should be done with the 
Resolution.
