[Cz-editcouncil] Resolution 0010: proposed amendment

Dear Editorial Council member,

I am interpreting Brian Long's message as "intent to amend" for which he requires 14 days in order to prepare the amendment. That amendment, when submitted, will be open to debate and subsequent voting.

On behalf of the Chair, I am extending the discussion period again for Resolution 0010 to end Friday 6 June, 18.00 UTC when the amendment will be submitted to the Council. If anyone wishes to contest this procedure, they may do so.

For the purpose of Brian's elaboration of the amendment, a special page for the amendment text and a related Talk page will be linked from the Resolution page.
