[Cz-editcouncil] EC Resolution 0009 adopted

Dear Editorial Council member,

Voting has now finished on Resolution 0009 (recipes subpage). The Resolution has been adopted, by 14 votes to 4, with 6 abstentions. The quorum of 40% was easily satisfied, with voter turnout of 75%.
