Dear All,
As of now, there is no formal procedure for resignation in the
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Rules_of_Procedure and
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Resolution_0007#I._Composition_of_the_Council
.
However, as http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/User:K_kay_shearin has expressed
her inability due to time constraints, we can accept the resignation.
However, Martin is the Secretary of the Editorial Council and as such
leaving without proper replacement is likely to jeopardize the functions of
the Editorial Council.
As Christian Kleineidam has expressed, we would sincerely request Martin to
reconsider his unilateral decision and come forward with positive
alternative proposals.
Looking forward to the opinion of the other esteemed members of the CZ EC.
With warmest regards
Supten
