[Cz-editcouncil] Some areas for clarification

Howard, all I have ever seen on an article Metadata page is: Cat_check = 
(yes or no).  I have never seen a field for "Editors asked to check 
categories". Since you mentioned  "Metadata template" and I am talking 
about the "actual Metadata page of an article" which is accessed from an 
article's Talk page, is it possible that the Metadata template has 
fields which are not in the  Metadata page of an article ?

To illustrate my point, look at the Metadata page of the [[AN-]] article 
which I just nominated for Approval ... it does not have a field for 
"Editors asked to check categories", at least not one that renders in my 
IE browser.
