[Cz-editcouncil] Call for the Nomination of the Chair!

Dear All,
This is to remind you all that the call for Nominations for the Chair of the
CZ EC will be closed at *Wednesday March 04, 2009 04:30 hrs. UTC*.
Please submit nominations, either of yourself or of another person, *privately
to me*, not to this list.  Be sure to check the "*to*" line in your mail.
The duties of the Chair, a one-year position, are spelled out here:

While I hope the Editorial Council will be more active in 2009-10 than it
has been in the previous year, I have found that my chair-specific duties,
beyond my participation in the Council itself, did not occupy more than a
few minutes every week.
The person who is elected to Chair should be both committed to thsi project
and have adequate time, as the rules for the selection of the Chair state:
