[Cz-editcouncil] Closing time on Editorial Council Resolution 0014

If I have misunderstood the procedure, I apologize. My impression had been
that we were entering into a week of voting, not a week of discussion
followed by a week of voting.

If I misunderstood, then we are in the discussion period until the 20th, whe
discussion closes and voting begins.
