Dear All,
I apologize for the minor teething problems during this transition period.
The Period for open comments is up to 20:45 hrs. UTC of Friday the 20th of
March, 2009.
The EC members may record their formal statements at:

Howard will send 2 reminders to this mailing list 24 and 12 hours before the
closing period for comments.
Following that the voting will begin if there is no amendment proposed.
