[Cz-editcouncil] Announcement of the new Chair and continuation of the Secretary

Dear All,
As there has been no objections to the appointment of Chris Day as the Chair
and also to the continuation of Howard Berkowitz as the Secretary of CZ, EC,
I hereby formally appoint them to the respective posts.
Chris Day: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/User:Chris_Day
will be the Chair of the EC for the period April 2009 - March 2010. The
one-year tenure will come into effect from April 07, 2009 (the first Tuesday
of April, as per Rules).
Howard: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/User:Howard_C._Berkowitz
will continue as the Secretary for another year viz., up to March 2010.
The Secretary is also the Election Official and the Chair can help him
whenever required. The Election process will also begin from April 07, 2009.
I am sure that Chris and Howard will form an excellent team and make the
Editorial Council more vibrant and effective in the coming year. I
personally wish them all success.
