[Cz-editcouncil] Seeking approval of an Approvals Manager

Dear All,
Joe Quick: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/User:Joe_Quick
has volunteered to the Executive Committee to serve as an Approvals Manager
for CZ articles. A formal approval is necessary for that from the CZ
Editorial Council.
If there is no objection from any Editorial Council member within 7 days
i.e., up to 06:30 hrs. UTC on Tuesday March 31, 2009, Joe Quick will be
approved as an Approvals Manager and the Executive Committee of CZ will do
the needful following that.
