Dear All,
Here is a clarification from Larry Sanger on the "Approvals Manager"
proposal.
With warmest regards
Supten
The position was created over a year ago, in fact I think about two years
ago. The first approvals manager was Nancy Sculerati (she might have been
called an approvals editor), and later the job was taken over by Russell
Potter. See:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editor_Policy#Article_Approval
The official position title there is "approvals management editor," but
since Joe isn't an editor at all, I would concur with a title "approvals
manager."
Bear in mind that this person does not actually approve any specific
articles, but is merely a facilitator.
