[Cz-editcouncil] Seeking approval of an Approvals Manager

 Dear All,
Since there has been no objection from any Editorial Council member within 7
days i.e., up to 06:30 hrs. UTC on Tuesday March 31, 2009, Joe Quick:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/User:Joe_Quick
is approved as an Approvals Manager by the Editorial Council of the
Citizendium.
Larry Sanger, as the Citizendium's Chair of the Executive Committee and the
Editor-in-Chief, is hereby authorized to do the needful.
