[Cz-engineering] An introduction and some initial questions.

I've just been approved as a rookie author for Citizendium. I'd like
to start my contributions with some articles on land surveying and
mapping, since that is my profession/trade. I had a couple of
questions to get started:

- I noted that the PLSS article is currently a stub.
(http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Public_Land_Survey_System) Are there
any objections to my expanding that article?
- I didn't see an entry for Land Surveying or Geomatics. If there is
not an article for land surveying, then I would like to create one
under the heading "Land Surveying". How would I link to this article
from a "Geomatics" heading?
- Are there any other land surveyors or mapping professionals that
participate in the engineering working group? (I subscribed to the
geography working group as well.)
- Can we add "Land Surveying" as one of the engineering disciplines
listed here: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Engineering_Workgroup ?
