[Cz-engineering] An introduction and some initial questions.

OK guys. I tried Howard's instructions over lunch. I think I was able
to sucessfully create definitions for the public land survey system,
some related definitions, related articles, and sub articles for the
topic.

Here is something I don't understand: Why do the related articles and
sub articles not appear on the main Public Land Survey System page
after they have been created?

I also believe that all the terms in "Public Land Survey System"
should be captialized. Is this correct?
