[Cz-engineering] An introduction and some initial questions.

The latest batch of e-mails were related to my first attempts to
author some engineering articles. I didn't mean to disturb anyone from
there winter hibernation. :]

On other projects I'm involved in the mailing lists are the main form
of communication. Perhaps that is not the protocol for Citizendium.
Perhaps someone can offer some guidelines on what are (and what are
not) appropriate mailing list topics/questions.
