[Cz-engineering] FW: [Cz-editcouncil] Beginning of voting on Resolution 0014

Voting should close at 20:45 UTC on Friday, March 27, 2009. Since my mail server was
intermittently bouncing back sends last night, this is going out about 12 hours late; this
is an addition to the message that had been in my output queue. There have been prior
notices before the event, but if there is no objection, I'd like to extend it to 04:45
Saturday to stay within the spirit of voting,  That would bring the 12-hour warning to
08:45 today.
