This appears to be paid Deep Web content. Is it possible to strike some arrangement to allow direct linking from our articles, which obviously would not be an open to all their content? What about author access? While the content could be valuable, I'm concerned both with promoting commercial services and simply having usable links.

> Elsevier's Proceduresconsult.com recently upgraded its website and we would
> like you provide a link to our resourceful content. Procedures Consult is an
> online reference tool from Elsevier, the world's leading publisher of
> science and health information. Our new site includes online procedure
> videos, step-by-step text and images that offer easy access to complete
> details on how to prepare for, perform and follow up on the most common
> procedures required in today's clinical setting. Procedures Consult conforms
> to ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) standards to
> help physicians and residents ensure the best patient outcomes.
> Elsevier serves more than 30 million scientists, students, and health and
> information professionals worldwide. We hope you'll find value in linking to
> our web property.
> We suggest adding our link on the following page:
> Please use the following link and text:
> Medical procedures by Procedures Consult
> The phrase "Medical procedures" should be the clickable link to
> http://www.proceduresconsult.com/medical-procedures/ and the text "by
> Procedures Consult" should just be text, and not part of the clickable link.
> Here is an example of how Minnesota West Community & Technical College
> implemented the requested change for reference:
> Thank you for supporting our mission in helping physicians and residents to
> consistently achieve the best patient outcomes. Please let me know if and
> when these updates can me made. Feel free to reach out to me with any
> questions or concerns.
