Howard,
Encyclopedias (even the old, paper ones) are funny things; no one ever uses
them until they need them. We need to be there with named authors, traceable
histories among known commentators and, when possible, full approval.
The lack of collaborative writing on CZ is, in my opinion, a much wider
problem than just your topics. We seem to be very thin and wide at this
point: We can cover an extremely broad list of different topics, but most
authors appear to be working in their own silo; we just don¹t appear to have
more than 1-2 active people in many of those areas (apparently, including
your interests; and definitely mine!).
I think we ought to just write what we know and forget about the question of
interest for now. It will then be up to other editors in this group to take
up the challenge of vetting our work.
Everything you mention is important to someone and of interest somewhere. So
keep on writing!
Roger
