To start, the title is somewhat inflammatory. As a start, I'd title any article only
"Hajime Sorayama v. Robert Bane and Tamara Bane Gallery", which is its actual subject.
"Art frauds" (Art fraud?) is more appropriate as a higher-level article.
It might also lower the sensationalism to split the basic material about the gallery and
the artist into separate articles.
I'm not sure if the part after "The following is a detailed account of the District
Court's judgment" should be in the main article. This is, however, by no means clear-cut,
but, when I write about something that I generally consider inappropriate behavior, I walk
a delicate line between contextualizing and citing primary sources without opinion. It
might be better here to use direct blockquotes from the decision, rather than
interpretation that gives a somewhat aggressive flavor.

Please evaluate the attached article for appropriateness as a CZ encyclopedia article.
User Jonathan Pike (http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/User:Jonathan_Pike) submitted it for
wiki-conversion.
I wrote Jonathan as follows:
"Dear Jonathan:
"Fascinating well-written story, but not without some concern if appropriate as an
encyclopedia article. Will consult appropriate workgroups and let you know decision."
Please let me know your view. Should this go on CZ?
