All, I have re-instated the Abortion article for your perusal.  Please feel
free to add any input on the talk page.  As this does concern mostly
a content issue, editorial input is important.  Do keep in mind that the
constabulatory is only allowed to delete an article that is obviously not
encyclopedic or is self promotion.  Formatting is an editorial
issue.  Therefore, the constabulatory will await your further instructions.
