[Cz-politics] Greater Nepal article

This article appears to be a verbatim plagiarism of
http://newsblaze.com/story/20060606130709nnnn.nb/topstory.html

On that basis alone, it may be a candidated for deletions. Also, it is
unsourced in that, despite a short bibliography, no individual statement
in the body of the article is sourced to any individual citation.

I have tried to consult the edit logs for this article after logging in,
but cannot find any. I cannot even discover from where the original text
was uploaded or by whom. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Many passages of the article make clear that it is intended to be polemic.
Probably some of the information is high quality, but it is unsourced. The
title "Greater Nepal" is not justified or explained by the probably
well-informed but partisan author.

I have to admit I'm a bit of a newcomer to wiki protocol and procedures.
Where do you think we go with this, and why can't I figure out who wrote
it, or presumably approved it, since that kind of transparency of
responsibility is what Citizendium is supposed to be about? Should
Sanger's attention be drawn to this?

Thanks,
Robert
