[Cz-politics] Greater Nepal article

Hi,

http://en.citizendium.org/wiki?title=Greater_Nepal&action=history is the
edit log, which says who uploaded it. No-one has approved it - remember
anyone can contribute to CZ. If it had been approved there would be a
notice at the top.

If the uploader has permission to reproduce the article, they should say
so - otherwise it will have to be deleted. If we do have permission, it
cannot remain in its present form because it violates neutrality. Your
options, as a politics editor, would be (a) advise deletion, if you feel
the article has nothing to recommend it, or (b) advise move to 'Cold
Storage', part of the CZ site where we archive biased material that
might serve in the future as a resource.

I have left a note for the author here:

John.
