[Cz-psychology] Psychology catalogue; Personality disorders; DSM Template

All:

I've put together a catalogue of the psych articles and red links (ok.I'm
working on the red links). It'd be great if we could maintain it so that we
know what needs work.

I'm also in the process of entering stubs for all of the Personality
disorders. The first sentence of each reads, "XPD is defined as a
personality disorder primarily characterized by x,y,z. Reference:DSM-IV-TR."
The reason I have done this is that we want to make certain that we (1) note
that the DSM is defining the disorder, so as to give deference to the
anti-psychiatry people (a topic I will soon be addressing), (2) despite the
redundancy of XPD is a PD, guess what?!, it's a PD.not a "mental condition",
or "mental illness", or "psychiatric blah-blah-blah", and, (3) this way we
can work in the primary diagnostic criteria straight away and not mess about
with the DSM strictures on reproduction of copyrighted material.

To that point, I have put together a Template (DSMCR.all caps (sorry for the
break in protocol, I screwed up), for DSM Copy Right), which I would
appreciate all of you placing under the Diagnostic Criteria section of any
disorder pages that you author and/or edit.

C'est tout.Blessings.

Michael

PS - I am going to see what I can do about tracking down and enlisting the
help of my friend and former colleague Shirley (Gray) Breginski.she has one
of the most nimble minds that I have ever encountered, about a bazillion IQ,
and she would be of great help.especially with the psychometrics. She's
also a painfully astute devil's advocate.
