Dan, as far as the test wiki goes, I assume you have complete control
there.  My only concern would be behavior and privacy.  So unless you begin
to have a problem with a user and everything remains out of search engines,
I'll stay away.  Eventually, I would expect the Management Committee to
manage the running of the test wiki if we run into any problems.  I don't
envision that the Editorial Council should have any say in anything on the
test wiki until something is ready to be released on the live wiki.  At that
point, I would expect that there would be discussion somewhere that involves
the Editorial Council.
