Almost every administrator would have. It was kind of race to be first to
unblock you.

There is a conflict of interest issue however. You head a competing
organization and, after all, appeared on Fox News. We've been dealing
with a great many public relations people who want to edit Wikipedia
lately and there are ways to do public relations on Wikipedia
appropriately and ways that are not. Comment on talk pages is one of the
appropriate ways, but even that can go too far.

I think you are entitled to special treatment, even to a full welcome
back, if that were your choice. You are the prodigal son after all.

Oh, btw, don't call people morons, that is a long settled no no.
