The first time I wanted to create a web service using C# I got an error message called "Server Error: Error 2 opening registry key...". I checked Google but failed to find a solution. Thanks to our TA Bill, he found something on the web and helped to solve the problem. So if you have the same problem, please log in to your domain and click IIS Tools under Tools & Utilities folder and click FrontPage Extensions. Uninstall FrontPage and install it again. Then you are done!
