Summary
The contents of all Humanitarian daily rations include:
- At least 2200 Kilocalories.
- 2 vegetarian entrees.
- fruit paste suitable to be used as baby food.
- a book of matches
They must all be able to be stored for 36 months at 80 degrees Fahrenheit. And they must be able to be air-dropped, without a parachute.
