I was delighted to see your starting an article on [[Vietnamese language]]. Some time ago, I did a major rewrite of articles related to [[Vietnam]], but more in a politicomilitary context. One of the changes was to create a higher-level [[Wars of Vietnam]] article, not just the [[Vietnam War]]. Yes. it does cover Australian forces, although not some of the wilder stories told me by friends who served there. There are articles on earlier aspects of Vietnam, such as the [[Nguyen Dynasty]] and [[Dai Viet]]. | |||

A belated welcome
I was delighted to see your starting an article on Vietnamese language. Some time ago, I did a major rewrite of articles related to Vietnam, but more in a politicomilitary context. One of the changes was to create a higher-level Wars of Vietnam article, not just the Vietnam War. Yes. it does cover Australian forces, although not some of the wilder stories told me by friends who served there. There are articles on earlier aspects of Vietnam, such as the Nguyen Dynasty and Dai Viet.
