Joachim Mrugowsky (1905-1948) was a medical officer in the Nazi Schutzstaffel (SS), who was convicted of war crimes in the Medical Case of the Nuremberg Military Tribunals. He was sentenced to death and executed by hanging.
His rank was Oberfuhrer (Senior Colonel) in the Waffen SS. He held the position of Chief Hygienist of the Reich Physician SS and Police (0berster Hygieniker, Reichsarzt SS und Polizei) and Chief of the Hygienic Institute of the Waffen SS (Chef des Hygienischen Institutes der Waffen SS).
