There is a non-bot option to achieve this goal - if new editors were not automatically assigned the category [[CZ:Editors]] but rather something like [[CZ:New Editors]]. A bot would then be required, however, to transfer them to either [[CZ:Editors]] or [[CZ:Inactive Editors]] after three months.
