Trent A. Aistrope is an enlisted member of the United States Air Force.[1][2] Aistope is is notable because his was the first Air Force court martial to be convened in Afghanistan. Aistope was charged with violating article 121 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, after he took $1500 from a wallet he found.

Aistope was sentenced to a reduction in rank from Technical Sergeant to Staff Sergeant; to two months confinement; a fine of $1500, and forfeiture of $500 of his pay for four months.[1]
