Richard Garwin is a U.S. nuclear physicist who is deeply involved in national security policy. He is Senior Fellow for Science and Technology with the Council on Foreign Relations, and an IBM Fellow Emeritus; much of his career was at IBM.
He was a member of the Commission to Assess the Ballistic Missile Threat to the United States.
