Mook is a village in the North of the Dutch province of Limburg on the east bank of the river Meuse (in Dutch: Maas). It is part of the community Mook en Middelaar that encompasses, besides the two villages Mook and Middelaar, also the villages Plasmolen and Molenhoek. The total number of inhabitants of the four villages was 8,079 in November 2007. Many of the inhabitants work in the city of Nijmegen that lies 12 km north of Mook.
In Dutch history Mook has some notoriety because of the historic battle of the Mookerheyde (battle of the Mook Heath) which was fought nearby.
