I am not sure that the picture of the globe is all that useful, especially as it does not show where Britain is in relation to the Falklands or provide any visual representation of the course or actions of either fleet. Argentina isn't even named... Wouldn't this be better at the [[Falklands War]] article?
:Note: The image is already at the Falklands War article, where it adds a nice visual element, but as I stated provides limited information for the reader. Having it in this article seems superfluous so I will go ahead and remove it - see what you think and, of course, if there is some other reason for having it or you think the removal detracts from the article greatly then please restore it. Globe

I am not sure that the picture of the globe is all that useful, especially as it does not show where Britain is in relation to the Falklands or provide any visual representation of the course or actions of either fleet. Argentina isn't even named... Wouldn't this be better at the Falklands War article?

Note: The image is already at the Falklands War article, where it adds a nice visual element, but as I stated provides limited information for the reader. Having it in this article seems superfluous so I will go ahead and remove it - see what you think and, of course, if there is some other reason for having it or you think the removal detracts from the article greatly then please restore it. I have expanded a little on the fleet disposition from 2005 - I will try later to update some of the figures to 2010. David Finn 09:50, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
