On April 8, 2024, which is IIRC, shortly before he resigned, [[User:John Leach]] proposed deleting this article - but without providing any explanation.
The 25mm Bushmaster is a very heavily deployed weapon.  Many navies employ the navalized version.  US ground forces deploy this weapon in both the [[Bradley Fighting Vehicle]] and several variants of the [[Stryker fighting vehicle]].  Many other nations' vehicles deploy this weapon. 
I found John had a very alarming tendency to nominate articles for deletion if he, personally, was unfamiliar with the article's topic.  That is what I think he did here.  [[User:George Swan|George Swan]] ([[User talk:George Swan|talk]]) 01:52, 11 July 2024 (CDT)
