The Eisenhower Executive Office Building (usually called the Old Executive Office Building, or EOB) is an office complex in Washington, D.C. on 17th Street NW, adjacent to the White House. Built in 1871, the EOB was long called the State-War-Navy Building, and, in the 19th century, contained most offices of the national security establishment.
