Harry Mount is a member of the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom (UK), and a friend of former Prime Minister of the UK Boris Johnson from when they were both members of the notorious Bullingdon Club while studying at Oxford.[1] During his term as Prime Minister, Johnson was widely criticized for appointing his friends from the club to positions of influence, in spite of the club's bad reputation.
