:It looked like an outline of a book review to me, with no explanation at all among the *many* on-going entries about what the purpose or goal of all of them was.  So I asked for someone else, more knowledgeable than I, to take a look at it for possible deletion.  I originally said that I could easily be wrong about it, but that part got edited away.  I still think that if someone begins writing what appears to be a very non-encyclopediac type article, with no explanations whatever, it can at least be called into question.  I'm not obsessive about this -- I have only flagged a couple of other projects for deletion and they vanished quickly.... All, this appears to be a locally-organized collaboration at Kennesaw State--something we definitely want to support! Rather than suggest "speedy deletion," which is not licit in this case as you can see from Article Deletion Policy, let's actually communicate with the people who have gone to the trouble of using CZ to develop their content.

Purpose of project

Thanks Larry for your support.

The purpose of this article is to discuss change and how change occurs.

Ironic that this gets the thumbs down.

Jim

It sounds like an interesting subject, but the way the article was progressing, it appeared to be more of a book synopsis than a real discussion of change. Sorry for jumping to conclusions. I look forward to seeing this article develop. James A. Flippin 11:03, 21 June 2007 (CDT)

Looking forward to seeing the end product! And, yes, Welcome to Citizendium! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me on my talk or through my email. I am one of many constables here that hope to help create a good working environment for everyone, so if anything is a problem, do contact me. I am going to go ahead and place CZ:The Article Checklist at the top of this page so that it gets recognized. I will also suggest to the Editorial Council that we start a new workgroup for Kennesaw State University or something along those lines. --Matt Innis (Talk) 09:53, 21 June 2007 (CDT)
