Template Description
Establishes the operating field for a timeline. You must use this before using {{TLevent}}. Do not use this right now; it is largely incomplete!

Caveats
When using {{TLevent}} make sure to add |} at the bottom to ensure the table gets closed off. (Otherwise it will wreck the formatting.))
