Most of this comes from a new edit made to an old [[theoretical linguistics]] article that came from Wikipedia. I didn't think that the theoretical linguistics article was different enough from an article on general [[linguistics]] to merit being kept, but I thought perhaps the new material could form the basis of a semantics article. You may very well disagree! I have left the material here as a start - feel free to rewrite. There's currently two articles on semantics, this one and [[Semantics (linguistics)]]. I think we could move the section on the Rule to Rule Hypothesis in this article to the other article, and then delete this one, but I'm open to other ideas on how to best combine the two pages. Multiple Semantic Articles
There's currently two articles on semantics, this one and Semantics (linguistics). I think we could move the section on the Rule to Rule Hypothesis in this article to the other article, and then delete this one, but I'm open to other ideas on how to best combine the two pages. E.
