What am I?
I can't precisely say I grew up before the Internet, as I was at least a midwife for a related team. Certainly, I was using computer-enabled information sharing in the early 1970s, and, while I was more a tester for the ARPANET, I made direct engineering contributions to non-IP services such as X.25 networks and closed military networks. ARPANET, NSFNET, ALTERNET, USENET...
